They call me the Sugar Whisperer.
"That's right, baby". I whisper as I ease deeper inside into her creamy depths. She's tight. So full already. "Oh yeah, Just like that. You feel that? Its that good for you too?"
The donut doesn't answer, nut she does grunt under the stain of all the pudding I'm, stuffing inside her.

My Review of Master Baker
Master Baker by Pippa Grant
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
We have returned to Shipwreck (or for some come for the first time but we won't hold that against you) for so much fun, good eating and lots of loving with Grady, Annika and Sue the goat. If you have never read a Pippa Grant book before never fear you will do okay with this one. If you have be warned be sure to READ the PROLOGUE!! Ares and Zeus Info details are in the Prologue and it is so important to your sanity and yes if you are a reader and fan you will get bent if you have not read "the prologue". Okay on to this fun and crazy book. Grady Rock lives in Shipwreck which we have meet before. He is the Master Baker who makes the most amazing banana pudding donuts. In fact after I read them to my husband in Pippa's last book, I had to learn to make them for the family. YEP. Grady doesn't just bake goods he masters them... our authors has this baker taking to his baked goods like a lover talks to his afternoon delight. Then we have the other town Sarcasm. Sarcasm and Shipwreck are always at odds... rivals. If one says it is sunny the other will say no it;s raining. Well Annika was Grady's best friend as long as he can remember. He feel in love with her too and she went away to the army and left him. Now she is back in Sarcasm, opening a bakery with her Mom and Sister Brook. WTH???? She didn't tell him and she opened a BAKERY GOING AGAINST HIM AND SHE COULDN'T COOK OR BAKE 10 YEARS AGO! But with most things life all in life is not what it seems. It takes a goat named Sue and a cranky parrot lots of familiar characters, 2 fun loving towns to get these 2 hard headed folks to see what is staring them right in front of their face. Or maybe it just takes a ball to the nuts? Grab Master Baker some sweet treats because this book WILL MAKE you Crave Donuts and Banana Pudding and be prepared to laugh your lungs out.

Yes at 6 years of age by granddaughter is reviewing her books too. She is also reviewing her toys.. But that is another blog. Here you will find book and even from time to time a giveaway.

Redemption Ranch New Town in Montana to connect too
Outside of my fictional hometown in Montana is a small town called Granite Junction. I invite you to come by and sit a spell. Get to know a few of the folks. They are holding a memorial in town for Douglas Rawlings so it might be a while before West, Chase, Ty and Tara get back to the Double D for you to check out the lay of the land and all. But until then you will hear all kinds of whispers in town about Princess Tara being home to sell off the Double D (don't believe what you hear) or Chase just home as long as he can dust off his boots and then he will be off chasing buckle bunnies and bulls. You might hear that West is the most eligible bachelor in Granite Junction, well it is sure it's quite Ty for sure. BUT Don't always believe what ya hear.
Author Megan Ryder has given us a great first book in a new Redemption Ranch series and I for one can not wait to read more in not just this series but this new little town of Granite Junction. It's no secret that I love Marietta, Montana but one can never have to many Montana Born books to read and re-read and this book checked all the boxes for me.
A Cowboy's Salvation by Megan Ryder
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This is one of those books that touches me deep down in my soul and had me wondering why about so many things. This book brought me to tears in so many places and also had me smiling in others. It was an wonderful book that kept me deeply connected to all the characters and wanting to know more about them. This book is based in Montana on a Ranch. Tara was sent away from home as a young teen after the death of her mother to go to school and never really came back to live much on the ranch. When she did it was to discover her dad has taken in slowly 3 young men, her age and younger to foster. They stayed on the ranch through out years while Tara married and moved on with her life. This book is what happens when Douglas passes away and what happens to the ranch and between the 4 of them. Life is never what you thing it is at face value. What the boys thought they saw as a spoiled Princess might not actually be what was really Tara. Tara on the other had despised her foster brothers for the places they had in her father's life. Not fully understanding WHY it was they were there, not why she was where she ended up. A chance at redemption is a journal only discovered after death can set the record straight...one can hope.

I love Last Stand, Texas Come Find out Why & Fall in Love too
It's no surprise that I love Marietta, Montana. I have talked and let folks about my favorite fictional town for about 5 years..Now there is a little town in Texas called Last Stand that is slowly stealing my heart as well. It is also part of the Tule Publishing Group Family of writers. Just so you know that each book that is published comes from a place deep in the hearts of one of the amazing women authors who write for this group.
This week a new author was added to the family of authors and she started out by giving us a book based in Last Stand, Texas. This was the first book I have read from this author (she has published other books) but it will not be the last. I have already gone looking for Jamie K. Schmidt's other books and she has a wonderful wide variety to choose from. But let me share with you the book that turned me on to her.
The Cowboy's Daughter... Based in Last Stand, TX this book is the first book based on Three-Sisters Ranch. Below you will find my review and below that places you can grab your own copy.
The Cowboy's Daughter by Jamie K. Schmidt
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Look at this amazing cover... The inside, well it's just as good as the outside. Our author, Jamie K Schmidt gives us a manly, broken bull rider who discovers his 5 year old pint size mini me in Last Stand, TX, along side the woman he has not been able to forget for 5 long years. Misunderstandings and miscommunications and well so much more kept these two apart but fate brought them back to Last Stand at the same time. Will the power of a small child, a good woman, who has over come a great deal and life in general be able to heal this man and a family? This book had me flipping the pages from first page to the last. I can't wait for more Cowboy from this Author who is both new to me as well as this publisher.
