I was so excited to find it was time to go back to Happy Cat. Hitched is the third book written about this exciting, fun and yes quirky little town. It is a standalone book but if you have read Hosed and Hammered you will have a more in depth knowledge of the background characters, especially the critters.
Blake and Hope have known each other since high school. Shoot they even did the weekend married/annulled bit a long time ago. Now Hope need Blake's help. Her animals like Chewapaca the alpaca and all the goats and other critters she raises and rescued on her farm really need Blake to help her. This book is fun, sizzling and well Happy Cat all the way.
You can get it on Barnes & Nobles, Kobo & I Tunes only til Friday this week and then it goes to Amazon and Kindle Unlimited.
Here's my review of Hitched
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I love coming back home to Happy Cat to visit and stay a while. Every time I do I know that there will be laughs and lots of fun with the critters like George Clooney the trash panda and Princess-spooks-alot the cutest hedgehog you have ever seen. In Hitched which is a standalone book by the way, we get to know Blake O'Dell and Hope St Clair. If you have read Hosed or Hammered the first 2 books based in Happy Cat you will recognized both of these folks as they were mentioned in the previous books. Now we get an up close and very personal look into their lives.
Blake and Hope were married one night previous and annulled the next day ( hey it's in the blurb) so we know they have HISTORY. So who does Hope turn to when her grandmother passes and the will is read and she needs help quickly to save the farm and her beloved animals especially Chewpaca the alpaca. There is so much in this book that has me smiling and laughing out loud. From Hope's sizzling touch to Blake's ability to calm her down by a simple kiss or hug. I love how our authors have shown the love between the two characters without being mushy and honestly without one of them even realizing they are in love at all. Happy Cat is a town that one could live in and raise a family... of humans and animals and they would all feel safe and loved.
Come visit Happy Cat and see why so many folks are ready to pack up and move there!
